Overcoming Space & Climate Challenges for a Russian Workshop
The Search for a Tailored Solution
A workshop owner in Russia spent considerable time searching online for a spray booth manufacturer who could understand his unique constraints. His space had a strict height limitation, and the local winter temperatures routinely dropped well below freezing, posing a significant challenge for paint curing. After evaluating multiple suppliers, he found that CONY’s engineering team provided the most detailed and satisfactory preliminary solution.
Engineering Around Limitations
Instead of offering a standard model, our engineers proposed a custom approach:
-
Solving the Height Issue: We recommended partially excavating the workshop floor to build the booth’s foundation lower, effectively gaining the necessary internal clearance without requiring a higher ceiling.
-
Optimizing Layout: The design flexibly placed the fan box system on the left side to best fit the workshop's existing layout and airflow needs, ensuring efficient operation.
-
Conquering the Cold: Based on the local climate, we strongly advised selecting a Direct Fire Gas Burner heating system. This type of heater provides powerful, rapid heating and reliable performance in extremely cold environments, ensuring the booth reaches optimal baking temperatures consistently.
A Satisfied Partner
The client was impressed by our attention to detail and willingness to adapt the design to his specific site conditions. “CONY’s team didn’t just sell a booth; they solved my actual problems,” he noted. The custom-designed booth now operates efficiently in his space, providing a professional finishing environment regardless of the harsh Russian winter.
